The accommodation
Attention to detail and cleanliness is our priority, in addition to modern touches. I personally use the place as an escape to the paradise of Vallarta. A very comfortable place with all the amenities. Also automated, Home Theater and with Sonos Sound System controlled from a smartphone or the echo show. Access is keyless through an App or personal code for your convenience.
The apartment includes a covered parking space (subject to availability).
The building has a lobby with security, elevator, pool, jacuzzi, gym, solarium, bar and terrace with tables and grill.

Other highlights
Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed in the entire apartment and building. The condominium security has a strict protocol to keep all tenants safe and comfortable: all people must be registered, including visitors, which must be approved by the Airbnb host 24 hours in advance.
